It takes only a few minutes to make and turns out amazing. <br /> <br />आज स्मिता देव बरोबर शिका शेजवान नूडल्स बनवण्याची पद्धत.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2) <br />- 3-4 tbsp Oil <br />- 1 tbsp Garlic(chopped)<br />- 1 tbsp Ginger(chopped)<br />- 1 Onion(sliced)<br />- 3 Dried Red Chillies(chopped)<br />- 1 cup Carrot(sliced)<br />- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper(sliced)<br />- 1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper(sliced)<br />- 1 cup Capsicum(sliced)<br />- 1 cup Cabbage(grated)<br />- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce<br />- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup <br />- 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce<br />- 1 tsp Vinegar<br />- 1 tsp Soy Sauce<br />- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder<br />- Salt<br />- 1 pkg Hakka Noodles(boiled)<br />- 1 cup Spring Onion(chopped)<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Heat oil in a wok, and add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, sliced onion to it <br />2. Saute it for a minute, and add chopped dried red chillies, sliced carrot and saute it<br />3. Now, add sliced red bell pepper, sliced yellow bell pepper, sliced capsicum and mix it <br />4. Add grated cabbage, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, Schezwan sauce, vinegar, soy sauce to the wok and mix it <br />5. Now, add black pepper powder, salt to the wok, along with, boiled Hakka Noodles and mix it for around 2-3 minutes
